Welcome to FWC Mental Wellness Reset and Farm

A Place to Reset, Restore, and Remember Who You Are
Nestled in the hills of Jamaica, on land passed down through generations, FWC is where you step away from the noise of everyday life and come back to yourself. Rest your mind. Nourish your body. Reconnect with joy, peace, and purpose.

The Reset Experience
This isn’t a clinic. It’s not a treatment program. It’s a reset — the same kind of reset that helped our founder find her way back to herself.
- Rest your mind and body in nature
- Eat from the farm — fresh, simple, nourishing food
- Reconnect with joy, peace, and purpose
- Remember who you are
The Farm
Banana trees. Mango trees. Oregano and herbs growing from rich red soil. Our farm feeds both body and soul — banana porridge in the morning, fresh food from the land, and the simple rhythm of nature to settle your spirit.

Breakfast straight from the property — ackee from the farm, breadfruit from the land.

Serving Our Community
Every last Tuesday of the month, we cook and serve soup to shut-ins — our homebound neighbors. The Obey Phillips & Mama Cocly Soup Kitchen and Diner serves in memory of those who came before us, because to obey is to serve.

Come As You Are. Leave Renewed.
Ready to reset? We’d love to welcome you.
In Loving Memory of Obadiah Adolphus Phillips (Mass Obi)

Everything I do is because of him — Mass Obi.
My grandfather’s dying wish was simple: “Don’t let the old house rot down.” I obeyed. That’s why this place is called Obey — because I obey his wish, and I serve from a pure place of love.
This land, this farm, this reset — it’s all built on his legacy.
